If you return goods, please indicate in the package, if possible, how Mountainproducts.de should proceed with your return. You can express your wishes in an informal letter. You are not obliged to fill out the processing request. However, if you provide the correct information, you will facilitate and accelerate the processing of your return.

When packing the goods, please ensure that you close the package carefully and remove old address labels and old barcodes.

Complaint

As a customer of Mountainproducts.de you receive the legal warranty of 24 months on all new goods delivered by us. Should a defect occur, please contact us. In any case, we will try to solve the problem as quickly and accommodatingly as possible. In order for our returns department to be able to properly assess the defect, the item concerned must be available to us. After checking the defect, it will be decided whether a short-term repair is possible or whether you will receive an exchange for the defective item from us. We will then send the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Refunds will be carried out promptly by us. If you paid by direct debit, the refund will be made to your account. When paying by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used

If you should receive a shipment in a damaged condition, please inform us immediately; for insurance reasons, please within 2 days of receipt of the shipment.
